The Lebanon-based militant group said the attack was in response to Israeli attacks in Lebanon on Thursday that killed 22 people and wounded 117.
Israel is shocked by a drone attack. More than 60 people have been injured, some of them critically, after a drone strike in northern Israel.
There were no immediate official reports of deaths from the attack, but the high number of reported injuries makes the attack one of the bloodiest since the war began last October.
The news comes after Hezbollah said on Sunday it had fired a swarm of attack drones over an Israeli infantry training camp "Golani" in Binyamina, south of Haifa.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Sunday it had "intercepted" an unmanned aerial vehicle that had taken off from Lebanon, but did not specify where.
The United Hatzalah rescue service said it had provided assistance to more than 60 injured people in various conditions, some of them in critical, severe, moderate and light conditions.
" Helicopters and ambulances evacuated all the injured ," United Hatzalah Rescue Service added.
The Golani Brigade is an infantry unit of the Israeli army which is deployed in southern Lebanon. CNN could not verify whether the drone hit a military training camp.
The injured were transported to hospitals across Israel. Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in north-central Israel said it was treating 36 victims from what it described as a "UAV incident", adding that there were "varying degrees of injury".
Sheba Tel Hashomer Medical Center in Ramat Gan told CNN it was treating three people injured in an incident in Binyamina, two of whom were in critical condition, while Rambam Hospital in Haifa said it was treating three others.
Emek Medical Center in northern Israel said it was treating four injured people. Beilinson Hospital said it was treating three others, and Bnei Zion Medical Center in Haifa also said it was treating three.
This attack comes at a time when Israel felt stronger than ever and was preparing to attack Iran in response to the attack a few weeks ago.
This drone attack will increase the fear of Israelis and the pressure on Netanyahu to reach an agreement, if it is repeated again and brings a high number of victims. / CNN
