15 people were injured during a fight in the Turkish city of Şanliurfa, during the election process.
The injured have been sent to the hospital, while it is reported that the police have arrested 6 people.
The attack took place in the city center and in some neighborhoods of Harran and Bozova. Relatives of the candidates for president clashed with each other, leaving 15 people injured, 4 of them with gunshot wounds.
The conflict was brought under control soon after the Turkish authorities opened fire.
Mayoral elections were held in Turkey today in 81 provinces, 973 districts and 390 cities, as well as over 50,000 local leaders.
In addition, voters will be able to elect members of provincial and municipal councils.
