The Italian foreign minister, Antonio Tajani, said that the decision of the Constitutional Court to suspend the Rama-Meloni agreement on immigrants does not concern him.

"I am not worried. I think it is a legal issue that will be resolved quite quickly, but it is not up to us to comment on the court decisions of a country that is a candidate for membership in the European Union," Tajani told reporters before the summit. of EPP in Brussels.
The Constitutional Court decided to suspend the ratification of the agreement between Rama and Melon for the immigrant camp by the Parliament of Albania, as it agreed to consider the lawsuit of 30 opposition deputies.
The ratification in the Assembly of the agreement between the government of Albania and Italy for an immigrant processing center in Gjadër should be automatically suspended until the final decision of the Constitutional Court, after the Court's acceptance of the lawsuit by the opposition MPs.
