In the latest information, it is said that the perpetrator of the murder systematically abused her and the young woman managed to abort a child from the beatings they received.
Speaking to protothema.gr, the victim's father says that about two years ago, the 28-year-old woman became pregnant
She then tells her relatives that she had an abortion, but then her parents and friends realized that terminating the pregnancy was not her choice.
"She got pregnant about 2-3 years ago. He had notified us, we had talked to him and it was assumed that he loved her. But in the end she told us that she had a miscarriage. She didn't tell me that her boyfriend hit her. He kept hitting her and abusing her and we didn't know. Then I realized that he had hit her and lost the baby. In order not to tell us what had happened, she told us that she had miscarried. In order not to upset us, she took it over," the victim's father reports to the Greek media.
28-year-old Kyriaki presented a completely different image on social networks about her relationship with her 39-year-old killer, who attacked her with a knife and killed her outside the Aghii Anargyri police station.
"The author was a manipulative person who knew how to play with her emotions, take advantage of her, make her life difficult, hit her and finally make her feel guilty for his actions. In May 2019 they got engaged, she declared that she was in love with him, but it took her a while to realize that this monster would lead her to death. We knew they often had bad fights and somehow Kyriaki would forget them or pretend to forget them, hide them well inside and move on with her life with him. Now at last the glass overflowed and she was determined to cut him out of her life forever because she now feared for her life. She didn't tell us much, but we saw that the situation had gotten out of control...", says a friend of the 28-year-old for protothema.gr.
The same sad reality for the 28-year-old is confirmed by Kyriaki's father, who says: My child was going through a difficult situation and was coping with it on his own. She didn't say anything to me so as not to make me sad, she argued with her, but she was hiding a lot of pain inside her, unfortunately.
