The Serbian people seem to have decided to once again entrust the governance of the country to Vucic's Serbian Progressive Party.

More than 6 million Serbs with the right to vote, headed today to the ballot boxes throughout Serbia and expressed their will to elect representatives for the next 4 years, in the Parliament, Municipality and Municipality.

Immediately after the closing of the polling stations, the process of counting the votes began. First, the votes for the Parliament will be counted, then for the provinces and local ones. In the first projections released, it seems that Aleksandar Vucic's party knows no defeat.

According to the projections, with 50 percent of the votes processed, the SNS party of Aleksandër Vucic has received 46.6 percent. If this trend continues, in a parliament with 250 seats, Vucic's party claims to get about 125 MPs alone, not including coalition parties.

Meanwhile, the opposition coalition, "Serbia against violence" is said to have received about 23 percent of the votes counted so far.

The Socialists won 6.9 percent of the votes, while the NADA coalition won 4.9 percent. The surprise is presented by the election list whose carrier is Dr. Branimir Nestorovic, who received 4.8 percent of the votes.

In his speech from the party's headquarters after the close of the polls, Aleksandër Vucic said that he is almost certain of the victory of his Serbian Progressive Party in the parliamentary elections.

When I talk about a convincing victory, I think that the list (SNS) will be close to an absolute majority, or will have an absolute majority. I think this is an important condition for Serbia to continue on the path of prosperity", said Vučič.

Also, Ana Brnabić, prime minister of Serbia and trustee of the Belgrade SNS board, appeared very enthusiastic in her speech in front of the party headquarters.

Speaking about the first projections, she expressed confidence that her party, SNS, will have more than 125 mandates alone.

On the other hand, the opposition coalition, which apparently did not convince enough, has declared that they have won the capital of Serbia.

Likewise, the Albanian deputy from the Presheva Valley, Shaip Kamberi, has a high probability of maintaining his mandate and continuing advocacy in the Parliament of Serbia, for the respect of the rights of Albanians in the Valley.

We remind you that these were the second parliamentary elections within a period of two years, which came as a result of several episodes of violence that occurred in some schools in Belgrade, which then provoked a great popular reaction.

But despite this, the Serbian people seem to have decided to entrust the governance of the country, once again to the Serbian Progressive Party of Vučić, together with partners in the coalition./Pamphlet
