Mystery over the flight of the planes that destroyed the Iranian bunker...
More details about the destination of the US B-2 bombers that took off have emerged. US media reported that the planes carrying the 'super bomb' were refueled and took off, while according to NBC News, citing two defense officials, the planes took off from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri overnight and are now heading towards Guam.
Guam is located near the Philippines, in Asia. It is unclear at this point whether the bombers, which are designed for long-range strike missions, are planning to land on Guam or will move on.

B-2 aircraft are capable of carrying the 30,000-pound bunker-busting bombs that would be needed to successfully attack Fordow, the Iranian nuclear facility buried 90 meters inside a mountain.
On Thursday, Donald Trump said he would make a decision on whether to attack Iran “within the next two weeks.” The deployment of the bombers suggests the US president may be prepared to launch an attack sooner than expected.
The B-2 Spirit, known as the "ghost plane", is an American strategic bomber with "stealth" technology (invisible to radar), designed to penetrate the most protected air systems in the world. With an intercontinental range and the ability to carry heavy bomb loads, it constitutes the most formidable weapon in the US air arsenal.
In the context of the crisis with Iran, this aircraft could be used to transport the GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) – a 13,600 kg (30,000 lb) “superbomb” specifically built to penetrate deeply buried objects.
This bomb is the only conventional weapon in the world capable of destroying facilities like Fordow, an Iranian uranium enrichment center built inside a mountain, protected by multiple layers of concrete and rock.
Why is this combination unique?
The B-2 flies stealthily and can enter Iranian airspace without being detected.
The GBU-57 has the destructive power to pierce several dozen meters of soil and concrete before exploding.
Only the US has this technology. Neither Israel nor any other ally possesses such a combination.
If used, this combination would be a clear signal of American determination to destroy Iran's nuclear infrastructure without launching a full-scale ground war – but it would also constitute a major geopolitical escalation in the region.
