Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said it would be very dangerous if the US got involved in the war.
After talks in Geneva, Araghchi said it would be "very, very dangerous for everyone" if the United States became actively involved in a war with Israel, the Associated Press (AP) reports.
"American military involvement would be a very bad thing," the minister says.
Meanwhile, a senior Iranian official said that the discussions and proposals made by European powers to Iran in Geneva over its nuclear program were unrealistic. According to him, insisting on them will not bring the two sides closer to an agreement.
"However, Iran will review the European proposals in Tehran and present its responses at the next meeting," the official said.
He added that zero enrichment was a dead end and that Iran would not negotiate on its defensive capabilities, including its missile program.
