The war in Israel unfortunately just keeps getting more tragic.
Last night's data from the Israeli media speak of over 2,000 wounded and over 700 killed. Meanwhile, the Albanian Irena Steinova, who lives in Israel, spoke about the horror they are experiencing.
In a direct link to the show 'Good Morning Albanians' on Euronews Albania, he pointed out that 25 years ago Israel gave an order that in every construction that is done, the apartments or houses have an armored room.
She said that she doesn't have an armored room, but all the houses that have been built in the last 25 years have one.
"Almost 25 years ago, Israel ordered that when the buildings are built, every house has an armored room and people enter the rooms. I don't have one, but all the houses that were built in the last 25 years have armored rooms," she said.
Israel continues fighting against Hamas militants. An army spokesman said that fighting is taking place in 7-8 countries. "There are generals on the battlefield with soldiers fighting," the spokesman said.
More than 700 people have been killed in Israel since Hamas launched the attacks, including 260 people at a music festival. About 500 people have lost their lives in Gaza after Israeli airstrikes. In total, it is about over 1200 victims.
Israel's Air Force says it struck more than 500 terrorist bases in Gaza overnight. Israel claims that most entry points from Gaza into Israel have been closed, most by tanks. However, the army does not deny that Hamas fighters may still be crossing into Israel from Gaza.
