The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, met with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
In a reaction on social networks, Vucic wrote that the focus of their meeting was the importance of maintaining peace and stability in the region.
"We discussed the importance of maintaining peace and stability in the region, where we count on the constructive engagement of Turkey, as one of the most influential international factors in this part of the world," said the Serbian president.
Today, Vucic attended the World Athletics Championships with the Prime Minister of Hungary and other world leaders, and then he will attend the reception on the occasion of August 20 - Hungary's National Day.
We recall that Turkey recently sold Bayraktar drones to Kosovo, which provoked the reaction of Belgrade, but this issue was not mentioned by the Serbian president.
