The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, participated in the Brdo-Brion process summit in Skopje. During the conference with journalists, he stated that the opposition, which today sent a request to the Presidency for the announcement of early parliamentary elections, will receive an answer by the end of September.
"For four months they threatened me if I held elections, every day they said that I would face the people's slander. After four months, they changed their minds. By the end of the month, they will receive an answer that will be the fastest and most concrete answer in accordance with democratic principles and principles while respecting the rights of minorities," said Vucic .
According to him, the opposition will be satisfied with the answer it will receive, when it returns from the UN General Assembly in New York and after another important meeting it will have.
He has indicated that he has not yet seen the written request of the opposition and that he will read it.
