The connections with Edmond Brahimajn were not made for the reason that Ilir Meta is a devout Bektashi; but to use Baba Mondi as a "mask" and a mask for the robbery of lands, which he has set his sights on in Tirana, Elbasan, Korçë, Vlora, Fier, Saranda, Delvina and along the southern coast.

Even in function of this goal, Ilir Meta in power with Sali Berisha, appointed his trustees, director of LSI in the property return commission, archives and mortgages in Tirana, Shkodër, Elbasan, Korçë, Fier, Vlorë, Sarandë where he had picketed the lands he wanted to rob.
But Haxhi Dede Reshat Bardhi, refused to be part of the sin of fraud, forgery and robbery of the lands of the legitimate owners and of the state; incitement and pressure, for which he sent confidential information to state institutions, but after the appeal was rejected, he died on April 2, 2011.
On June 11, 2011, the former officer of the genjo, Edmond Brahimaj, was appointed in his place, with whom Ilir Meta established a strong relationship; he even came out stirring the first ashura after he became "Haxhi Dede", and immediately started the offensive to rob the lands, under the guise of the properties of the Albanian Grandmother.
They launched the attack in September 2011, to take 210 hectares of land, forests and coastline in Delvina, Sarandë, Borsh, Himarë and Vlorë, by presenting in the courts falsified land titles from 1890-1912 and 1945, issued by the directors of LSI in archives and prefectures, when historically those lands have been the property of the state and rich families of the south.
The forgeries of the corks from the "Baba Mondi-Ilir Meta" group, signed by the directors of LSI, were confirmed by the expertise conducted by the prosecution, on behalf of the former owners of the State Bar.
And in Elbasan, Ilir Meta set his sights on the 110 ha park, known as the Green Crown in front of the city, using Baba Mondi, who has presented fake documents in the name of the head-grandmother.
For 200 hectares of land in Tirana, Durrës and Vlorë, the Central Agency for Property Restitution and Compensation issued false documents, supported by decisions by the famous judge Agron Zhukri, of the seal of Saliu, who has allowed Baba Mondi to continue the restitution procedures of these properties.
This history of falsifications has been repeated for 9170 m2 of orchards, 720 m2 of land and for 59.4 hectares of the Military Department "101-K" in Elbasan and for 17.6 hectares in Gramsh; while on August 2, 2015, Baba Mondi stated in the media that there are 60 trials in process and now there are 85 land court cases, which are not coincidentally represented by lawyers related to Ilir Meta.
We specify, that 6 months after Ilir Meta was appointed Speaker of the Assembly, the Governor of Albania was given 40 hectares of state land in Saranda, Vlora and the southern area as compensation; 36 hectares of which were given to businessmen, builders and persons related to Ilir Meta.
These contracts were signed by the secretary and 3 members of the leadership of Ghyshata who are from Skrapari and relatives of Ilir Meta; contracts which Baba Mondi has not made public on the official website of the Chief Justice, facts that the prosecution has an obligation to investigate, regarding their legality.
