Baton Haxhiu, or as he is called differently in historical comparison, "Dushan Mugosha", catapulted for 11 years as a media figure of the SP and as an adviser to Edi Rama in the government, with two tasks:
Protector of the affairs of power and family members of the government clan; and 'witch hunter', which Bablok concocts in his party dome.

Because of this role of media slander, another dirty affair of Baton Haxhi was revealed on Tuesday, carried out in cooperation with Edi Rama, with funding source from the state budget, or more clearly from the taxes of the Albanians.
It is about surveys commissioned and funded by the government, by order of Edi Rama on behalf of Baton Haxhi, as payment for the propaganda he does in favor of the government, deceiving that Albanians are satisfied with the government, as if there is no corruption, etc. . etc.
According to the information, each institution of the central government and local government is obliged to pay 10-15 million lek, for each poll that Baton Haxhiu creates, made on behalf of the "Albanian Post" portal and some NPOs of his son, Andi Haxhiu, but disguised behind names in Kosovo.
The fake polls make propaganda in favor of the government, but also of the figure of the "great and infallible leader" Edi Rama, and even conducted polls for supposedly excellent international evaluations of Edi Rama as a "global leader with influence on world leaders ".
For those heads of institutions and concessionaires, who do not accept the surveys, Batoni invents and publishes articles that tarnish their jobs and image; which he has done in many cases with directors of public entities of energy, water, education, health, etc., while those who pay him from the state budget, Batoni polishes them, as he did with landfills.
But the concern for the leaders of the state institutions is the fact that Batoni has doubled the survey fee, while in taxes he does not make any declaration of income from them; even for 4 years, he has not submitted financial balances for the "Albanian Post" portal.
Batoni has also published surveys about the work of SPAK; and we don't know if they paid him; but SPAK should investigate how many million lek Bablok's adviser received for the polls from the state budget; how much he got from the landfill; how much he received from PPP- Laboratories, Check-up and Sterilization, while from PPP- Hemodialysis of the Gulenist, Klodian Allajbeu, continues to be paid 18 thousand Euros per month./ Pamphlet
