" Black Docks " is Pamfleti's new documentary series, built as an in-depth investigation into how real government decisions are made and how these decisions change the lives of citizens without debate, without transparency and often without accountability.
This series does not follow the daily news or official statements. It follows the documents, agreements, administrative decisions and internal conflicts that usually remain outside the public eye. “ Black Docks ” focuses on where power acts quietly, but with long-term consequences.
The first documentary in the series deals with the “Smart City” project in Albania. A project presented as a step towards security and modernization, but which has advanced through expedited procedures, doubled costs and the lack of an open debate on the impact it has on privacy, civil liberties and the mode of state control.
" Black Docks " is not against technology. It is against the lack of transparency. It does not oppose innovation, but analyzes the way it is used when institutions are weak and power is concentrated.

“ Black Docks ” is an attempt to document what usually remains in the shadows. Not to scare, but to inform. Not to speculate, but to build a verified picture of how power functions in Albania today.

Kjo eshte afera rradhes e qeverise. Aty ku shikoni reklame promocion fshihet vjedhja me e madhe e kohes. Do bejne gabimin e jetes ata qe do firmosin kete afere 160 milion euro. Nuk di si mund ti besohet me kryehajdutit, qe ndertoi ceten me te frikshme te hajduteve shqiptare. Mjaft vodhet se keni bere kerdine. Shkoni tani ku keni vend dhe lereni kete popull te marri fryme.
Ky pallosh nuk duhet lene as nje ore re menaxhoj buxhetin e taksave tona. Eshte rrezik kombetar, i degraduar demaskuar si nje nga hajdutet me te medhenj ne histori e e ketij kombi. Ndertoi nje shtet mizerje mafioz te kalbur pervers. Eshte e turpshme dhe qe vazhdon dhe diskiton akoma per investime. Vetem ne Shqiperi mund te ndodh.
Nje psikopat qe po shkaterron nje popull te tere. Eshte vetem per qellim vjedhjeje dhe narcizizmi.
PO SI NDALET KY DJALL
Mos kini merak, se se pari: nuk ka te dhena sensitive qe mund te keqperdoren, pasi sot ne shqiperi max max nja 0.003 % e perdoruesve te IoT perdorin web dhe app per transaksione te cfaredo lloji qofshin ato, dhe keto transaksione mbrohen prej standarteve teknike nderkombetare ne mbrojtjen e GDPR. Se dyti, e-albania qe teorikisht po edhe praktikisht eshte "hambari" i vertete i te dhenave sensitive apo jo te shtetasve shqiptare, ka deshtuar ne te kaluaren ne paprekshmerine e ketyre te dhenave nga "sytë kurioz". Se treti, bizneset ne shqiperi dhe popullsia shqiptare nuk gjenerojne ekonomi dhe perfitime te konsiderueshme nga IoT, dhe rrjedhimisht nuk ia leverdis kerkujt te investoje per nje "Data breach" te mundshme. Sot, me mbi 100 standarte shume te larta ne CyberSecurity, hackerimi eshte mundim jo i vogel nga ana teknike......dhe per shqiperine nuk ia vlen. Se katerti, dhe besoj synimi i vertete i gjith ketij impenjimi i shtetit te krimbur shqiptar, nuk eshte realizimi dhe vendosja e nje "guri kilometrik" ne QoL shqiptare, por eshte thjesht e shume thjesht gjenerimi i studimeve te medha per te cilat ofrohet lek i pafund nga evropa e kalbezyer, lek qe perfundon si gjithmone, ne drejtim te paditur :) Nuk investohet per standartin Industry4.0 per te monitoruar "zogun e zi" apo "rrethrrotullimin shqiponja" ahahahah
