In SPAK, a report with evidence was filed, which breaks down the activity of one of the structured criminal groups, in the extraction and export of chrome, based in the mines of Has, directed by Ilir Meta, fellow bandits, officials and police chiefs of the government. .
The file in SPAK was deposited by the administrator of the chrome company "Elidon-06 Sh.pk", Mehmet Dauti, where it is said that this chrome criminal group includes the former minister, the former Prime Minister, the former Speaker of the Assembly and the former - President Ilir Meta.
In the group with Ilir Meta are the two Indian brothers Nitin and Chetankumar Sandesara, their Indian brother-in-law Promad Kothari, the Chinese Linda Song, police officers Ilir Qarrri, Nazmi and Shaqir Jahelezi; and the former mayors of Has, Adem Lala and Bardhyl Peka, Hasan and Selim Neza and Ilir Zhilla, former Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
These, in bargaining with each other, attacked the owners of the company "Elidon-06" and stole the mines, chrome deposits in Durrës and thousands of dollars, with fraud, force of power, gangs and police, physical attacks and arrests, when Ilir Meta was in power with the DP and then with the SP.
Without making comments, we are publishing in full the chronology of the mafia group's robbery and export of chrome from the mines of Has:
On September 28, 2009, the Chinese citizen Linda Song came to Albania, at the invitation of the "Elidon-06" company, as a co-investor in chrome mining; but the police of Rinas did not allow him to meet with the owners, speaking on behalf of Ilir Meta who had been in power for 20 days with the PD.
After 4 hours of isolation in the control office of Rinas, the Chinese Linda Song, under the direction of Rinas police chief Shkëlqim Hajdarmataj, was sent to the "Tirana" hotel, accompanied by a police car and an official car of Ilir Meta as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Deputy /prime minister,
while the owners of the company "Elidon-06 Sh.pk" who accompanied him to the hotel; under the pressure of guns they forced them to leave, because they had orders from the state to ensure the life of the Chinese woman.
After 4 hours, some people from that group where the former state director of chrome, Eduard Belegu; they called the administrator of the company "Elidon-06", Rexhep Dauti, for a meeting with the Chinese Linda Song at the "Tirana" hotel, where it was translated into English, but Rexhep Dauti did not understand and they left him.
Sipas kallëzimit në SPAK, pronari i kompanisë, ka deklaruar se grupi policor ishte hedhur në veprim nga Ilir Meta në atë kohë Ministër i Jashtëm e Zv/kryeministër, nga Avenir Peka, ish-zv/ministër i Brendshëm, nga Flamur Noka deputet e më pas Ministër i Brendshëm, nga Bardhyl Peka ish-Kryetar Bashkie i Hasit dhe kunati i tij Besnik Istrefi, biznesmen kromi.
Kallëzimi vazhdon edhe me këtë fakt: si bizneswoman e fuqishme në Kinë, Linda Song kërkoi mendim te ambasada shqiptare atje, ku ambasador ishte Maxhun Peka, i cili vuri në dijeni mikun e tij Ilir Meta, të krijonin lidhje me të në biznesin e kromit.
Me 3 mars 2010, kur pa që krerët e shtetit, politikanët dhe policia ndërhynin në investimet e krimit, Linda Song u largua nga Shqipëria, duke lënë si përfaqësues kinezin William Chiu, i cili filloi të blinte krom nga kompania “Elidon Sh.p.k”.
Më 22 mars 2010, në Tiranë u rrëmbye dhe u zhduk Eduard Belegu, drejtori shtetëror i kromit, i pazarxhiu i Ilir Metës në biznesin e kromit, të cilin e kandidoi për deputet të LSI në Pogradec.
Pas një vizite në zyrën e Ilir Metës në muajin maj 2010, kinezi u kërkoi pronarëve të kompanisë “Elidon Sh.p.k”, të bashkëpunonin në nxjerrjen e kromit me 2 vëllezërit indianë Nitin e Chetankumar Sandesara dhe kunatin e tyre indian Promad Kothari, duke u dhënë garanci aktiviteti në Shqipëri.
Pasi erdhën në Shqipëri, indianët kryen një takim në muajin tetor 2010 me Ilir Metën, që në atë kohë ishte Zv/kryemininistër dhe Ministër i Ekonomisë, Energjisë e Tregtisë; pas të cilit, i kërkuan kompanisë “Elidon-06”, që investimin dhe ortakërinë e tyre ta miratonte Ilir Zhilla, në atë kohë Kryetar i Dhomës së Tregti-Industrisë.
Por Ilir Zhilla dha pëlqimin, duke kërkuar 15% të aksioneve në biznesin e kromit me firmën “Ciceroni” të regjistruar në emër të djalit Arbër Zhilla; kusht i detyrueshëm që u zbatua për të mos bllokuar investimet e bëra, duke ndarë aksionet kështu: 65% indianët me firmën “Kothari Thermoplast Limited”; 20% “Elidon-06 Sh.p.k” dhe 15% firma “Ciceroni Sh.p.k”e Ilir Zhillës.
Të tre, krijuan firmën “Indo Albanian Mininig” me drejtor indianët e Ilir Metës; ndërsa në emër të saj, morën tokë me qira në Marikaj, për depozitimin e kromit që eksportonin nga Durrësi.
Më pas, Ilir Zhilla, njofton pronarin e firmës “Elidon-06 Sh.p.k”, se do bënin një takim në Has me Kryetarin e Bashkisë, Bardhyl Peka, për investimin në fabrikës së kromit, që do ndërtohej në tokën e ortakëve Rexhep e Mehmet Dauti, por kryetari Peka vuri kushtin, që jepej leja e ndërtimit vetëm në tokën dhe administrimin e kunatit të tij Besnik Istrefi, biznesmen kromi.
Pas tre ditësh, Ilir Zhilla, indianët dhe kinezi, të shoqëruar nga policia me urdhër nga zv/ministri Avenir Peka, grabitën afro 500 ton krom që ishte në Marikaj e në pronësi të kompanisë “Elidon-06 Sh.p.k” dhe e shitën në Portin e Durrësit.
