"Pamphlet" has informed several times, that after the appointment of Altin Duman at the head of SPAK, and the training of 60 officers of the National Bureau in Virginia-USA, the investigation of economic-financial files is being guided, directed and monitored by FBI experts .
Since 1 year, a special structure called "Economic-Financial Crimes Investigation Section" has been created within SPAK and BKH, which only investigates corruption, theft, transactions, investments, partnerships, lobbying, money laundering and sources of assets that have they have it.
This section was created within BKH, with 35 experts trained in the USA; who, after 6 months of investigative testing in Albania, went for 1 month of specialization at the central offices of the FBI, where they were certified to conduct investigations of complicated economic-financial files.
This section of the BKH, which is run by the FBI, has the same profile and function as the section within the US State Treasury, which only investigates economic-financial criminal files with corruption and trafficking activities.
But also files brought by foreign partners; whereas, when during the investigation of a file, individuals and other criminal groups emerge; the investigators draw up special reports and submit them confidentially, only to the FBI team that is attached to SPAK and BKH, which passes them on to the prosecutors.
This was confirmed by the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, during the report to the assembly, where he said that the files of economic-financial crimes of state officials are being investigated by a special section under the direction and supervision of the FBI team, even by experts from DEA, when officials go into drug activity.
Actually, this fact mentioned by Altin Dumani, was a message and a call, that the USA made to the trio Sali Berisha, Edi Rama and Ilir Meta, to withdraw from threats and stunts separately in public and together behind the scenes, to intimidate and put SPAK under control.
America takes into account the "non grata" attacks of Sali Berisha and his family against SPAK, against the leader Altin Dumani and the prosecutors who have reopened the corruption files, seized and are investigating the assets and crime files.
