The appointment of Ols Dado, a prosecutor by decision of former Chief Prosecutor Ina Rama and decree of former President Bamir Topi, without completing the Magistrate's School, is a serious legal violation, especially since after 16 years of performing his duties in violation of the law, he was catapulted as a prosecutor to SPAK.
But according to information and an official document, Ols Dado has "spots" and criminal records for abuses during his activity as a notary in the period September 2005 - November 2008, based in Durrës and notary acts in several cities, and even 4 investigative files for services against organized crime when he was a prosecutor in Tirana.
There is information that SPAK prosecutor Ols Dado has been reported and investigated primarily for abuse of notarial documents, but also as a realtor for his notary father, Milto Dado, and his notary ex-wife, Gentiana Bardhoka, who were known as a "cell" of false notarial acts in Durrës.
Those who have investigated the notarial acts drafted, signed and sealed by Ols Dado have found forgeries and fraud regarding land, apartments, transactions, shares, pension documents, inheritances, property commission decisions, mortgage certificates and state archive documents.
He has issued notarial deeds for stolen criminal cars, fake maps, fake archive documents, overlapping land and selling apartments 2-3 times, in favor of official robbers, forgers, builders, "strongmen" and foreign mafiosi in Durrës, Kavajë, Tirana, Vlora, etc.
The notarial acts drafted were reported to the police and prosecutor's office, but were also discovered during investigations of other persons who had performed notarial services for Ols Dado as a notary, or through him as a realtor for the notary's father and his ex-wife, who was also a notary.

The go-to address for notarial acts in violation of the law was Ols Dado, or as he was called "Milto's Boy", in the role of realtor for his father and wife, notaries, and during the years 2005-2008 as a notary himself.
Three questions about the investigations against Ols Dado:
· How and by whom were the investigations into Ols Dado nullified and not registered as files; and who has removed his black notarial files from the Notary Archives at the Ministry of Justice?
· Did Ols Dado sign any notarial acts after November 21, 2008, when he was appointed prosecutor in Pogradec, and did he not submit a file to the Notary Archives at the Ministry of Justice?

But there have also been 4 reports against Ols Dado in the Durrës and Tirana prosecutors' offices, for which it has been decided not to initiate criminal proceedings, although one of them is for the dismissal of the criminal case against a structured criminal group that forged American visas in Tirana.
