On January 11, 2025, the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, held a diabolical meeting with militants in Pogradec, on the topic: "Let's save Pogradec from the towers of Edi Rama and Fatmir Xhafaj", where he said:
- The picturesque shore of the lake has been invaded by a black monster, like a scoundrel who will destroy the shores to enrich himself with monstrous towers. Pogradec is facing a mafia aggression that will erase its identity, but we are here to save it from the greed of the narco-state.
But two months later, specifically in March 2025, the construction of a tower complex in Drilon, named "Drilonit Forests", began to be advertised on the "Berisha" family television, accompanied by financial offers for advance bookings of apartments and commercial units.
The leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, who shouted about the construction in Pogradec, is silent about the towers that will be built in Drilon; he has even ordered the leader of the DP-Pogradec, the candidate for MP, Gentian Çela, to remain silent about them.
Because this tower complex and resort in Drilon will be built by the company "Kontakt & Magnet Imo Sh.pk", which is 50% owned by Jamarbër Malltez and 50% owned by Fatmir Bektashi: one under "House Arrest", while the other with two "Obligation to Appear" measures at SPAK, for 17 towers at the former "Partizani" complex in Tirana and in the "Veliaj" file.
The facts show that the merchant Sali Berisha was accused of making accusations against the towers in the city of Pogradec, as pressure on Edi Rama, because the lake shore was owned by his family business project, through his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi and partner Fatmir Bektashi.

The company "Kontakt & Magnet Imo Sh.pk" was established by defendants Jamarbër Malltezi and Fatmir Bektashi on October 25, 2020, after they, along with former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, were criminally prosecuted for land grabbing, document forgery, corruption, concealment of assets, and money laundering through construction.
On September 14, 2022, after being named as defendants, Jamarbër Malltezi and Fatmir Bektashi suspended the activity of the company "Kontakt& Magnet Imo Sh.pk", in order to prevent it from being seized and SPAK did not seize it, while on September 9, 2023, they made it active and continued to build complexes with palaces and villas.
Now that Sali Berisha has remained silent about the tower blocks by the lake in the city of Pogradec, Prime Minister Edi Rama has given Jamarbër Malltez and Fatmir Bektashi permission to build the "Drilonit Forests" tower block complex by the lake in Drilon.
The construction business bargain between Sali Berisha and Edi Rama was also made with the construction permits for the complexes with mansions and villas "Mangalem 21", "Marga", "Magnet", "ABA", "Kaimi", "Kadiu", "OXA", "SiRi" and "Nokia", which Jamarbër Malltezi and Fatmir Bektashi have built and are building on the outskirts of Tirana, on state and private land stolen with forged papers./ Pamphlet
