Ilir Beqja has registered this farm in the name of his wife Adriana Beqja, where legally she had 55% of the ownership, while 45% of the ownership was hidden by Kristi Sinani, manager of the company "INTECH+Sh.pk" belonging to Ilir Beqja and currently a specialist in the Municipality of Tirana.
On June 9, 2023, or 10 days after the sterilization arrests; Kristi Sinani donated 45% of the shares of her mother Renata Sinani, but Ilir Beqja also has 70% of the "Agro-Isaku-Finiq" farm.

On February 26, 2019, one month after the opening of the "Gzona" restaurant and 10 days after the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana restarted the investigation for Ilir Beqjen, the woman donated 35% shares to family partner Arti Malaj.
On February 20, 2020, when the SPAK investigation started against Ilir Beqja, Adriana Beqja sold 15% of the shares of the restaurant for 150 thousand ALL; while on August 12, 2021, the entire restaurant "Gzona" with an investment of 1.1 million Euros, was sold for 1000 Euros to the company "Delta Phrama" of Ilir Beqje's friend.
Investigations into the assets of Ilir Beqje have revealed 80% actual shares in the company "INTECH+Sh.pk" which received 30 million Euro tenders from the government; but 8 apartments in Tirana, 1 villa in Lalz and 1 villa in Dhërmi, registered in the girl's name, were discovered.
5 apartments and 2 premises have been discovered in the towers in Lungomare of Vlora, built by Kujtim Llapi from Tepelena, former Director of the Psychiatric Hospital of Vlora and for 5 years, Director of the Health Operator for the Southern Region; who built them with the company "Mak 2010 Sh.pk", where he is a 34% partner with Marion Mitron, a member of Julian Sinanaj's gang.
