All this impasse has caused discontent, which could turn into a 'wick' of protests in September...
At the beginning of July, the government of Edi Rama, through a big 'cluck', just like a hen laying an egg, announced the increase in the salaries of the administration that would be distributed to the banks at the beginning of August.
As a result of this noise, all state employees were "turned on" that at the beginning of August they will receive a bonus that would give them a little satisfaction at the end of the summer. But it seems he didn't say it.
The situation turned into complete chaos. In addition to the transfer of funds for teachers, some health bandages, as well as government employees, the increase has not been made for everyone. Even a large part of the administration was disappointed, not only did they not receive the increase, but they also had a deduction from their salary before the long-awaited decision.
As it is learned, the great victims were the employees of the prison police, the administration of re-education institutions, but also many other sectors from the State Police and the Armed Forces.
Even parts of the armed prison administration chain have been left disappointed, as not only have they not seen the promised bonus, but they have withheld money from overtime and rest days. Which they have only been receiving for a few months. Meanwhile, the response of the officials was that "you will get them", but without giving a deadline.
All this chaos shows the big fraud with the salary increase, for which it is clear that the full fund has not been allocated, trying to throw ash in the eyes of the public.
It's been over two weeks since half of the administration is disappointed at the top and has started a series of complaints to the government, where protests are also expected.
In order to stop a possible revolt, it is learned that a circular has been issued to put out the burning fire, but it seems that no one believes it anymore.
Disillusioned administration groups are expected to come to the prime minister in September in a major protest, abandoning prisons if the promised funds are not delivered.
In addition to the promised increase, the addition of weekends and plus hours has also been requested, but so far the employees have only received the threat that they will leave their jobs.
A study by the police union reveals that the biggest bill is that of the payment of those dismissed who have benefited from the courts and have returned to work. And it is precisely this impasse that has caused this dissatisfaction. Which could turn into a spark of protest in September./ Pamphlet
