Partners, faced with the chaos of the Trauma Hospital

The Military Hospital has lost the hierarchy of excellence, the power of health research, but also the managerial ability of its resources...

In the line of a global clash of the West with Russia, in addition to the base of Kuçova, NATO has planned that the military hospital of Albania will be on standby for any possible emergency.

This is because for a long time, NATO has considered the Military Hospital of Tirana as the most important in the 6 countries of the Western Balkans.

However, when a group of IBAN, NATO's audit team, came to see the situation closely, they were shocked by what they saw.

The Military Hospital of Tirana, which has been defunct for years, is called the Trauma Hospital, where a part is managed by the Ministry of Health, and a part by the Ministry of Defense.

So in theory, in an emergency this hospital could turn into a full-fledged military hospital. Even a nucleus of the Trauma Hospital are active in the Armed Forces and have the required military ranks.

However, the current director of the Military Hospital, Edlira Bode, has turned the situation into a real chaos in the distribution of personnel, mainly the management.

A special report on the situation at Trauma reveals that the director's appointments have turned this institution into a group of loyalists who do not have professional qualifications, but are simply the director's confidants.

On the other hand, it has been discovered that some of the personnel do not even go to work at all, but simply exist on the border. On the other hand, the management of the condition of the treatment rooms and facilities has been considered scandalous. Photos and videos of these environments have even been taken, where everything is seen as chaotic, not at all similar to a high-level hospital, which can turn into a military one at an opportune moment.

The report states that the solution made by Minister Peleshi to simply systematize his fellow MP from Korça has degraded the Trauma hospital.

Which has lost the hierarchy of excellence, the power of health research, but also the managerial ability of its resources.

The Trauma Hospital is a large hangar where every aspect of its former excellence has been lost, the report says, and the NATO auditors have asked the government to immediately change the situation, appointing a leader to urgently change the institution.

In this aspect, a very wide document of recommendations has been prepared that differ from the return of professionals to the departments, but above all the proper management of resources, which according to the report now go to suspicious pockets, for which an investigation is expected even wider.

And here, help has been requested from other state institutions, where KLSH is the first, to do this audit./ Pamphlet
