How are the three policemen of Kosovo captured, who have no one to protect them?
They were arrested again. They pluck them for their fur and they come back shaved! This is how that old word should be, for the Kosovar special policemen, who within their territory are caught like sheep, sheared (embarrassed) in front of the media. a civilian is kidnapped, a defenseless one. A soldier in uniform, armed, is not kidnapped. Captured.
It is not the first time that Serbian policemen have caught Kosovo policemen by surprise, in their sleep. Even the first time, they were "sheared" in the media, lying upside down and disarmed. Police chief Dacic practices this sport on occasion. In both cases, it was said that the Kosovo police had crossed into the territory of "Central Serbia". So it was not accepted that the policemen had been caught inside the territory of Kosovo, nor had they crossed the border of Kosovo. They know no state, no borders. Serbia wants normalization without borders, "Open Balkans".
Now, if they are caught on the Serbian side of the border, they are arrested, whereas if they are caught here, they are taken prisoner. First, because the Kosovo Police has no authority over the border, and secondly, the authority of the Serbian police does not apply to the territory of Kosovo either. This is what "normality" looks like for us, but not for Serbia.
Thanks to God and our friends and those of Serbia, this time too the situation was somehow overcome. The policemen have been released from custody and happened across the border. An indictment has been filed against them. The Serbian court allowed them to defend themselves in freedom despite the fact that they knew they would not return to that court. Thus, for official Serbia, the Kosovar policemen remain accused, guilty, until the case becomes obsolete, while for official Kosovo, they remain kidnapped.
The international community is demanding that this act be classified as criminal and prosecuted.
Has a lawsuit been filed by the Kosovar prosecutor's office for the saboteurs who entered the territory of Kosovo and captured three Kosovar police officers?
Unfortunately, only politics will deal with this issue!
Leave it alone! We survived until the next round. First of all, we thank the Republic of Serbia for freeing the three non-special policemen of Kosovo to defend themselves in freedom, to return to their families. Until the next time, when Dacic decides to mock the Kosovo Police, the two sides will deal with rumors and mutual accusations, because if this matter is not clarified, if commitments are not made through international mediation, this will happen again. No Kosovar policeman can be safe. If we take them out on the street unarmed, maybe we can ask the internationals to protect their rights and freedoms, but they should no longer be sent armed "for fur".
Nejse, e falënderojmë edhe presidentin hungarez Orban, që e luti presidentin serb që policët të lirohen. Nuk na pëlqyen arsyet për të cilat ai e luti, por sidoqoftë lutjes për mirë, nuk i duhen parë dhëmbët.
E falënderojmë edhe kryeministrin shqiptar Edi Rama për kontributin dhe ndikimin e madh te Aleksandri. Ndoshta mund të ketë qenë vendimtare lutja e tij. Falënderojmë edhe të gjithë miqtë e tjerë të Presidentit Serb të cilët u bënë fjalëmirë dhe i shpëtuan tre policët e shkretë.
Nga miqtë tonë falënderojmë vetëm SHBA dhe atë që nuk po e humb durimin në krejt këtë tollovi ballkanike.
Sidoqoftë, duhen zbardhur rrethanat e rrëmbimit të policëve tanë. E para që duhet sqaruar është vendi ku u kapën, pastaj si u kapën. Nëse i kanë kapur andej kufirit, duhet pranuar gabimi, e nëse i kanë kapur këndej atëherë duhet sqaruar si u kapën tre polic të armatosur në krye të detyrës dhe kush mban përgjegjësi për këtë. Ishin të pa shkathët apo të pa motivuar të kryejnë detyrën e tyre?
Gjithsesi, në mediat vendore duhet të zbardhet rrëfimi i tre policëve tonë të kapur.
Qytetarët, pavarësisht etnisë, kanë nevojë të dinë se Policia e Kosovës mund t’i mbrojë dhe se e ka detyrë ta bëjë këtë. Nuk insistoj që policët duhet të përgjigjen pse nuk rezistuan, por në zonat me rrezikshmëri të lartë duhet të dërgohen vetëm polic të përgatitur, të motivuar dhe ata të marrin vetëm përgjegjësi që mund të u dalin zot.
Let's conclude the argument starting from a simple logic: if we have a border with Serbia, it must be respected from both sides, so first we and the same must be crossed only with the permission of the authorities.
