The special justice is silent in the face of Rama and Berisha's bargaining for the new Parliament. The SPAK prosecutors, who should have been in charge, have raised the white flag, surrendering to political pressure. Albanians should vote with their eyes open, because on May 11 they can seal another Parliament full of thieves, while the justice system will continue to remain silent.
SPAK has turned into a white flag of capitulation, in a shameful surrender in front of the duo of Edi Rama and Sali Berisha. It is not the first time that special justice capitulates, but this time the surrender is fatal, as it concerns the future of a country that on May 11 risks producing yet another Parliament of thieves and criminals.
Edi Rama and Sali Berisha do not like soldiers who surrender, even to save their own lives. They prefer soldiers who steal votes and bargain on the ground, buying and selling the mandate of the deputy. And this bargaining is not done in secret, but openly, door to door, village to village, using brokers with bulging bags of money.
Wherever you ask in Albania, in every village and neighborhood, people know the price of a vote. The only structure that has not yet learned this price is the SPAK prosecutors, who have taken to the streets of 12 regions and 61 municipalities not to investigate electoral crime, but to pretend they don't see it.
Why is SPAK, this structure that is paid precisely to uncover and punish vote buying, silent? The answer is clear: the prosecutors have chosen to protect their heads, in the hope that on May 11 there will be no major changes, and they will continue to receive their hefty salaries, without doing the work they swore to do.
Rama and Berisha are not at all concerned by the fact that SPAK does not arrest vote thieves. On the contrary, they carefully monitor how hard prosecutors work to ensure that their favorite thieves become MPs.
Those of you who will vote on May 11, open your eyes wide and bend your knees, because this is the last chance not to complain later. If you sell your vote today, tomorrow do not expect justice from SPAK, which has already raised the white flag and capitulated to the Rama-Berisha duo.
