Support to farmers has the biggest cut in funding. In the item, the funds for the "Rural Development supporting agricultural producers" program amount to 6.8 billion ALL from 7.2 billion in normative act number 1.
There is also a decrease in items such as food security and consumer protection, agricultural land management, management planning and administration, but support for fishing. While management of the drainage and irrigation infrastructure has grown.
