After the public amnesty, a private amnesty was also approved: "Rama-Berisha-Meta are untouchable".
Berisha-Rama agreements always begin with forgiveness and amnesty for each other. This is what happened in 2008 when Berisha, in order to escape the Gërdeci file, told Rama: "Ask for what you want, but just close the protests for the killing of 26 people and the wounding of 300 others."
Rama amnestied Berisha and buried the Gërdeci or January 21 file. Berisha in exchange forgave the Constitution and the political rotation. They have shown more sincerity this time, because they started with Amnesty.
Of course, the amnesty does not aim at the release of any sympathizers because none of them are in prison. Amnesty as a legal remedy aims to close any criminal case against the establishment.
After the public amnesty, a private amnesty was also approved: "Rama-Berisha-Meta are untouchable".
After the ordinary amnesty that was voted during the day, there is also a private amnesty that was voted at night with five points:
1- Sali Berisha's release after two weeks and the removal of house arrest (through the Supreme Court).
2- The return of the PD seal to Berisha (through the Court of Appeal).
3- Weakening and discouraging SPAK.
4- Rama will continue as prime minister as long as Berisha is alive.
5- Berisha will continue as opposition leader as long as Rama is alive.
Of course, if Berisha is released and the officials who took a fish crate remain behind bars, there will be no prosecutors or judges who have the courage to touch or put handcuffs on the three inviolable names Rama-Berisha-Meta.
For those who do not believe, it would be better to endure. During the month of May, the political amnesty closes. They are rushing before the new American ambassador arrives. In July, you have all three on vacation, not together but each on his "island".

What I cannot predict is: Will the Americans turn a blind eye to the amnesty that Rama-Berisha-Meta are giving each other?
