It is now well known in modern Western history that, once a Prime Minister widely supported by his people takes the scepter of the Prime Minister, he begins to lust after being a monarch.
And we Albanians have also met this in Albania, in these last thirty years.
And we must not forget that monarchism, as a politician's passion for power, is primarily a feeling for rule, which in dictators has been the main motive of their struggle for power. But this also stands out among different prime ministers at this time.
What about the Prime Minister of Albania and Kosovo?
In this regard, we must point out that there are also cases when the political spaces that are enlarged as a state territory, lead the prime minister of a country to an inner feeling which gives him the desire to be an emperor.
And we Albanians now have a vast territory with three states. But will their unification as a single state disorient our prime ministers towards a trend towards individual power of the absolute monarch type?
Because this is also the way of directing human society in Europe: king, prince, emperor, dictator - which are the four forms of dictatorial political power.
And if you look at it with an analytical attention, these forms, in one way or another, are still today.

That power - great psychologists and philosophers have said - is an intoxicating drink.
And we Albanians have historically passed many such rulers drunk with this intoxicating drink.
But the most elegant of course were some famous Albanian princes with absolute power, but certainly the most enlightened was Gjergj Kastriot Skënderbeu. Because this is actually the real creator of the national war against the Ottomans, he is the one who with his work created the history of our national union, Albania and historic Arberia.
That this is the One who gave and is giving Albanians the historical symbol of their existence in a modern state, and with a greater historical value than all the other peoples of Europe.
Gjergj Kastrioti the great was a prince with powerful power, but he gave this power as history to the Albanians generation after generation, so that they could create their real history: the spiritual power to create Albania and Kosovo, but also the historical motive to unite Albania.
And today...
Everywhere in this process, the great figure of Gjergj Kastriot Skënderbeu is leading.
And here, these are precisely the Albanians today, with this strength, that in all three of our countries, in their capitals, the monuments of Gjergj Kastriot Skanderbeg have been magnificently erected in gigantic sculptures.
And all our dignity today is that all of us Albanians have within us the great value of Kastriotism.
And it is precisely this value that has defeated and will defeat all our opponents.
