It was precisely that decision taken in pure conflict of interest that changed the entire course and events that took place in DP.
Judge Agron Zhukri's decision to give Sali Berisha the seal of the Democratic Party was not only questionable in terms of legality, but also in an open conflict of interest, which Zhukri himself had accepted when he asked not to judge the case because of his wife, who had worked with Berisha. It was precisely that decision taken in pure conflict of interest that changed the entire course and events that took place in DP.
However, while Zhukri's decision was taken by only one judge, without a collegial process or transparency, the case of the Constitutional Court is unprecedented and of a different type, where it is a body composed of nine judges, who make decisions in a collegial and with the majority of the jury.
Although Berisha and his people know this, the case of flagrant attacks on the member of this group, Mrs. Marsida Xhaferllari, more than the preservation of constitutionality and the rigorous application of the law, are a Stalinist way of lynching and unprincipled attacks to those who have been marked as opponents, which has nothing to do with the lady in question more than it has to do with her co-habitant.
Although that body has people placed there directly by the government and with blood ties to today's very powerful rulers, this does not constitute a problem for the political race that Berisha belongs to, as long as they are in unison with the demands and wishes that he has.
The lynching and attacks being carried out today by Berisha's Democratic Party towards the member of the Constitutional Court, Ms. Xhaferllari, show once again the stupidity and madness that Berisha has brought the Democratic Party to, persecuting people through the keyhole of who they share a bed with and who they associate with.
Even the man who has chosen to 'execute' this task instead of taking him to a specialized center for treatment has taken him out on the streets to show all Albanians that not just one person has gone mad, but a party of whole.
