Next time it will rain even more. Nature is becoming more aggressive, more unpredictable. The downpours will bring more rain and streams more water, mud and stones and will pour over cities, villages and houses.
We also destroyed the defense infrastructure that was built during the communist period. We destroyed the canals, the ambushes, sometimes even the water catchment dams that cut off the streams and stored water.

Even the Kukës Airport was a work without sewers, without exhaust manifolds. All the water collected by the track was discharged on the lands of the residents, turning them into a swamp. Terrible, what inconsistency. And where, flooding in Kukës!!!!!
