The return to normality of the works of the Assembly of Albania was preceded by an agreement that the SP and Rithamelimini tried to keep secret and make it appear an agreement between the two political forces. In fact, this would have been the most normal act between the two political factors that are at odds but want the best for the country and the citizens they represent. But this is not the case. Because the government of 11 years is in degradation and the opposition part of Sali Berisha only aims to keep the latter alive politically. It is not for nothing that in the last few years the accusations of "collaboration with the regime" and the traitors that Berisha reveals are all a function of the problems of his pulpit. This is what happened with the return of normality in the parliament, the price of which was another piece of destruction from the morale of the opposition represented by Sali Berisha.

One of the conditions of the agreement was the creation of parliamentary investigative commissions. Two such were created in the blink of an eye, but after two months, their only product has been the news about fights and stale jokes between the deputies. Without forgetting that with full awareness, Albana Vokshi, as the head of the investigation commission for concessions in health, removed 2 concessions of the American Hospital from the scope of the investigation. The amnesty of Klodian Allajbeu came to the benefit of the socialists and meanwhile, the object of this commission has degraded into a banal quarrel between the deputies. No facts, no documents and no evidence have been published yet after two months when the millions of abuses are visible and open to the naked eye. The fate of the investigative commission for the Tims system seems similar. Where the object and seriousness of the investigation does not depend on the investigation of the entrances and exits in Tims, but on the entrances and exits of Salianji in the courtroom of the Court of Appeal, where the decision is expected to be given.
Another point of the agreement between the SP and Foltores was the amnesty. What will be remembered from the Bardhi-Manja amnesty will be the release of a bandit and his immediate arrest the next day as a "mistake" between the lines.
The last point of the agreement between the SP and Foltores and that returned normality to the assembly was the one for the electoral reform commission. But for this it is not even worth delaying, because 1 year before the electoral process, even with naivety, you understand that the rules of the game cannot be changed. Moreover, this code and these rules suit Rama because he has done them as he needs them. The only achievement of this point of agreement was that Oerd Bylykbashi was given space to speak in the media since Gaz Bardhi's protagonism had left him in the shade.
So in the end, what it seems is that the agreement of the return to normality of the parliament in all its points has proved to be just a bazaar painted in the colors of the revolution, the ink of the cynic lasted only a few weeks. She showed once again that the missing morale of the opposition is the force that always puts Rama ahead. Because the problem does not lie in the agreement but in the basis on which it is built, the expectations and the design for the future. And if the agreements are made to create a new protective wall for some other corrupt (perhaps smaller) or for petty political games of the day, the result will be what we have today. A lot of noise, little revolution and no quality opposition!
