The creation of the first files by SPAK for people in power, both from the left and from the opposition, shook the country and created an earthquake in politics.
For several days, the DP leadership group, starting from Gazment Bardhi, have sent a series of letters to SPAK, accusing some of the exponents of the majority.
A tactic known and used at the time of Lulzim Basha, where the frustration of the lack of political results was tried to be compensated with accusations in the special prosecution against Crime and Corruption, which had just been created.
We remember Monika Kryemadhi's lawsuit in SPAK, immediately after the 2021 elections were lost for the issue of incinerators.
It is already known that SPAK read all these letters, started its investigations on some of this issue. Investigations, which were not fixed by the whistleblower's materials. The prosecutors and investigators of the BKH dug in exhaustively to find the evidence, which is the basis for opening a criminal file.
Get the file of the Partizani club that was then submitted by the head of the socialist parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, to Spak. The material of the SP is only concerned with one issue of the file, the existence or not of the property bought by the Italians, which returned it to the state, as well as the use of power to take ownership of Berisha's son-in-law.
If we look at the file that went to the court from the special prosecutor's office, it can be seen that the investigation is something else from the ground up.
It is a file compiled in absolute perfection, where not only the legality has been seen, but the money has been followed down to the millimeter. It has been possible to capture all the money earned from the construction of 19 towers, their sale, the businesses created, the properties transferred and the money or assets circulated not only in Albania, but also in all the capitals of Europe where the transactions were carried out.
In other words, SPAK prosecutors and BKH investigators have conducted an autonomous investigation in each file, based on the American model: "Follow the money", which the late Giovani Falcone also received from the American prosecutors. It was this principle that led to the destruction of the most macabre dome of Cosa Nostra.

After they didn't speak for years and years, leaving the justice reform in the lurch, and even some of the great commentators, who said that it is useless, now they are totally stunned.
SPAK has established its authority by breaking impunity for the "untouchables", as well as having the strong and permanent support of the Americans and the EU whenever the mafia blackmails from the "untouchables" go there.
This situation seems quite clear as to who is who in Albanian politics. On one side is the majority of Edi Rama, who say they support SPAK unconditionally, the opposition group that starts with Basha, continues with Alibeaj, Sheh and other younger ones, all of whom are pro-SPAK.
On the other hand, it is Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta, who consider SPAK, as well as their supporters - that is, the USA and the EU, as "criminal organizations".
This political stance of the opposition duo is a dry and clear seal of who is the political formation seeking power. The one who, if he comes to power, will exterminate the "criminal organization", as the head of Hamas once said about Israel, but now we know what happened to him.
And precisely from these attitudes we have a situation where 70% and more of Albanians in every survey give a negative attitude to Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta.
As much as Gaz Bardhi and other PD MPs pretend to support SPAK, everything is clearly understood when they attack it for their famous formula: What about the authorities, why don't you investigate them, we have filled your mailbox with files?
They are not actually files, but only political pamphlets to use as political weapons because they have the big fly under their hat. Their chairman, officially accused of corruption in a file that sings with a professional high-level tune.
To create a so-called balance, with which they have weapons in panels and in political propaganda.
When all this energy could be used positively to convince Berisha to step aside and re-establish the opposition.
All these acrobatics are simply performances of the village circus, since the theater troupe does not exist.
