In short, the new Justice today is discretized as a captured political justice that follows and implements the orders that come from the executive. The evidence of the decline of justice is shocking.
The publication in the Greek media of the documents that prove the conviction of the judge of GJKKO, Gjoka with a transformed surname, has blown up the vetting process.
As if it double delegitimizes its decisions and not only, taken against the leader of the opposition Mr. Berisha, with whom there is also a conflict of interest due to her dismissal. The situation is even more serious in relation to the last two decisions of GJKKO against Beler and of the Supreme Court against Berisha. These decisions prove the parade game of the activity of the new Justice institutions according to the principle: Pretend we arrest our own (government) and imprison political opponents. And this is where the "bombs" work: Gjiknuri is called (no one knows for what) and it is not determined by what status he is called, but in order to be punished, Beleri is punished, without convincing evidence and unconstitutional incentives.
Peleshi passes in the parade, without any knowledge of what and how, with the "secret of modh" demek, but Berisha is left in custody.
This is how a false expectation is built for the public, which does not produce anything right, except to justify the political arbitrariness of a structure that appears more and more as a political weapon that kills the opposition, but that simultaneously shoots the grasshoppers of the government. .
