Agron Gjekmarkaj and Mark Marku are two of the best names in Lezhë district. Not only from the right, but especially from the right. Intellectuals, links to the old right, but at the last moment they refused to be political people. They wanted to be themselves. Best possible find.

Gjekmarkaj is the man who gave birth to the leader of PD, i.e. the head of Lezhë district. Where in the 2021 elections, DP has received 4 deputies. Gjekamarkaj that he never had the idea of what the Lezhë district means, as professor Mark Marku did not, even though he is more political than Agroni.
Lezha, Mirdita, Laçi are not constituencies. They are political and social tribes that you must know how to manage. For example, the Lezhë district is divided into the Fushë Kuqe area. Bardhi in Elbasan cannot be elected deputy without being first on the list, and Gjekmarkaj in Lezhë the same. If it was by votes, both would never be elected MPs.
