Answers to some questions can avoid judgments and prejudices about the involvement of opposition interests in the tower behind TOB.
1. The permit for the tower was granted in March of this year. How is it possible that Belind Kelliçi never mentioned its construction during the campaign and deliberately confused it with another tower yesterday? How could Kelliçi miss the opportunity to use politically the fact of building the highest tower in the Balkans on a flower garden? Postponing the start of the works from March to August does not seem so random when you take into account the local elections.
2. Over the years, the opposition has denounced the construction of every tower and the interests of Rama's oligarchs. Why is he silent this time and mourns the flower garden without mentioning the construction of the tower? What is special about this tower that does not deserve the attention of the Opposition?
3. Why didn't any deputy of the floor react to this construction, while today they have lined up to distribute the status of Shkëlzen Berisha?
4. The developer of this project is the NOVA company owned by Ilir Shtufin. One of the biggest beneficiaries of reconstruction tenders and photovoltaic parks. With a modest budget in the NRC, he will build a 60-story tower. Why doesn't the opposition demand an investigation from Spak about the money being laundered in the next tower in Tirana? As it has done for incinerators.
5. What connects Ilir Shtufi with Shkëlzen Berisha?
6. The attitude of Mr. Sali Berisha today at the press conference was similar to that of Mr. Shkëlzen Berisha, in which he challenged Rama to cancel the permit. Will this continue to be the stance that the opposition will take for every tower that will be built in Tirana?
The opposition should give answers to these and others who are hiding behind the "investors" of concrete and pumice. Otherwise, the smoke of "removing attention from the incinerators" is simply an alibi to hide the tracks from the tower of government-opposition interests. If Rama lures you and traps you with construction permits and other favors, the moral to oppose is buried with the mud that filled the famous hole of Ajdin Sejdi.
