SPAK must investigate how Luca got these assets, just as he seized the Saranda Base, but also the source of the invested money, whether it comes from traffic or is money created by honest work, that taxes have been paid, etc.

I have nothing personal with Luca, even though he said in an audio that he 'fills my meat with salt and brings me bodyguards', if I write the truth about him.
