3 times in a row, the occupation of yogurt with Lufra seed fails

Now I have a simple question for the Lufra company: Where does your non-dairy yogurt get the probiotics?

This summer I made good, even very good, special yogurt by buying milk from the farmer. But one day, I forgot and ate all the yogurt, I didn't save it for seed.

How do I do it?

I bought yogurt Lufra, the one marked by Tradition, which is considered the most expensive and the best. Even so, in appearance it takes you by the neck, so thick that it doesn't come out of the barrel. Sour yes.

I tried to take the peasant's milk with Lufra yogurt. The first time I said the milk was spoiled. It didn't work. Although it was not cut while cooking. I took it and put it on the fire, heated it, took out whey and curd. But I said wisely: "I will not buy milk from this woman again!"

Take out the second can of milk, bought on the same day as the first can, from the fridge. I had bought this from a villager where I always buy. I try to catch it....same as this one. It didn't work. I made it curd and whey. I haven't finished the whey yet.

Yes, yesterday I bought the third drum from another villager and boiled it and then filled it with Lufra yogurt. After 5 hours, the curd was not occupied. I still left it. Another 5 passed. It was milk with a couple of small floating curd-like pieces. If I put it in the fire, I was afraid that it would break. As it was, I threw in 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. After a few hours, he was busy with the vinegar, but not properly, because it did not reach the temperature that the finger can withstand.

Some time ago I published a study that showed that in order for a product to have the right to be labeled as yogurt it had to have a certain number of bacterial colonies and below that number it could not be called yogurt.

The question I have is: Do we have scythes in the markets? Have they been tested for their CFU potency, i.e. their probiotic capacity?

Now I have a simple question for the Lufra company: Where are the pro biotics in your non-dairy yogurt?
