Edi Rama's crossword puzzle with the 7 government moves

It seems that we are not dealing with a simple maneuver here...

Edi Rama told the Socialist MPs in a closed-door meeting that we are like a basketball team, and in this game, many substitutions are made.

However, what has been happening since November is more than basketball, a war game. Or better said, a real war, where the weapons used are not conventional ones and the ammunition is not gunpowder-based, but bombs dropped that have caused real damage, not to buildings but to people's minds, and above all to the infrastructure of governance.

Edi Rama, however, mentioned this war in his speech to the group, when he described the ammunition of his bombing as “artisanal bombs.” It is likely that some of this ammunition turned out to be industrial, even produced by the minds and pencils of masters of intrigue.

With a blitzkrieg similar to massive bombings in such a lightning attack, such a large amount of bombs were dropped within two weeks, with the only apparent target being Belinda Balluku.

The objective of the attack was much more, which was openly stated in the scripts released by the studio, which resembled fortune tellers' horoscopes. Like: On December 25, the government falls, then Ramaduro comes out, then I flee to America.

Meanwhile, the entire situation after the May 11 elections had only one goal: to stop or halt Edi Rama's fourth term, which in all likelihood was waiting for him.

It seems that we are not dealing with a simple maneuver here, nor one composed only of the opposition of Sali Berisha, or even Agron Shehaj and Adriatik Lapaj. They were only the "infantry" of the blitzkrieg, while the "aviation" and "artillery" were elsewhere.

In addressing these circles, Edi Rama used coded language in the speech given at the opening of yesterday's parliamentary group meeting.

Rama initially considered this situation a stalemate where not only the majority but also the country is at a crossroads.

"The crossroads where we are today, in my opinion, presents several risks, which require a correct understanding, a determined approach and a strong discipline on our part, and when I say on our part, I mean first and foremost us here, deputies, ministers, ministers, because otherwise, Albania risks becoming a country of numbers ," Rama declared in his speech.

Meanwhile, the part where a distance dialogue, or a coded message in some way, was understood, seemed to be the paragraph where Edi Rama brought back to life the political action of the Socialist Party to give birth to the Justice Reform. Where, in the lines, one can read an address of what happened in the last three months.

"Of course, the ally and other opponents of the reform lined up under the pressure of what is called the Elbasan Road and we know this. But as far as we were concerned, we were the ones who designed and dictated the line without anyone dictating or pressuring us because if there wasn't a horse to pull the cart, those on the Elbasan road and on the Durrës-Bari-Brindisi road had no way to invent the horse because they had been here since 1991," said Rama.

Of course, it was "Brindisi" that came out almost unscathed in this tough battle, and even in February of last year, when the biggest bombing before May 11th occurred, "Bari" seems to have supported and supported it, with its approaches and important connections.

It seems that the objective was to block or destroy Edi Rama's fourth term with an all-out attack, through criminal investigations.

And to produce from the investigations, a deus ex machina political process, which would consequently have a panorama that would interrupt one process to pave the way for another, off the normal tracks.

On the other hand, Edi Rama not only bought time, but also attempted to put the process on the normal institutional track. Which he did by activating the Constitutional Court, which in the case of "government vs. Veliaj" showed a previously unknown side that was welcomed by the public.

The Constitutional Court, in this case, did not give the decision that the government was expecting, however, the judgment itself opened a path that balanced the duties that both the government and the Parliament have as SPAK.

This is where Edi Rama came into play, who before announcing a drastic change in his government, a change that resulted and will result in trauma within the majority, declared that there would be no more entry into the territory of others.

And he not only declared this, but also warned of the legal initiatives that the majority will undertake in the Assembly. Using the 83 votes received on May 11, which he said he will not allow to be overthrown except through elections.

Will it succeed? In a country that claims the EU, it is standard that changes come from processes and not from outside it. But political processes are not only elections or stability, of course. The chances are that even though the December blitzkrieg has faded, the war does not seem to be stopping.
