This former teacher will now face legal action for violence against students. There is no reason to justify her behavior and wearing a teacher's apron. I have no other position on this.
I know it may seem excessive, but I don't even share the same opinion with the river of insults, curses, threats, and swearing that filled the internet, about "cutting his head off if he did this to my child," etc. etc.
Even under these conditions, I'm trying to say that this teacher is just as much a victim as the children she beats.
No student had done their homework.
No one had opened the book. Whoever asked knew nothing.
She, like a madwoman, unleashed by nerves, lashes out at those she should teach, but who do not learn, alienating herself into a violent person.
I want to play the devil's advocate that she had become.
Why was she hitting the children? So that they would learn, right? But the children are “wood” and she becomes a beast, saying that “you are wood, you are only to eat and to be fat…”. But in the end, she wants them to learn, not to wash her car, right? Violence is not justified, and she should hand over her white apron. But she is 58 years old. She is waiting for retirement. She has not surrendered, to say “to hell with you if you don’t want to learn”. In her attempt to become a teacher, she has gone off the rails.
I am convinced that there are many, many teachers who are in her position. They want to teach children, but when they fail, they simply grit their teeth. Her cry of “You are slandering me” is the cry of a teacher whose profession has been slandered.
But do the parents of those children know what condition their children are in? How many parents are there in this country who don't even know what grade their children are in?
I do not justify that former teacher in any word or action, but I see her as a victim of an educational, social and political system that has deteriorated and where the teacher's main task is often to maintain calm in the classroom.
PS: To save time, don't ask me that question "what if she did that to your child, what would you do?" - if my child were in that situation, I would be cooperating with that teacher and I would probably give him the first spank myself.
This is an invitation for discussion, as the problem is not solved by expelling or arresting a teacher.

Patjeter por flet ne ajer. Para nja 2 javesh tek tregu fshatar takova dike qe po shiste fruta. Ishte nga veriu i Shqiperise. Kur po mi peshonte me pyeti. Mos je gje djali i N..... je ti ? Po i thashe me kuriozitet. E kam patur mesues baben tend me tha i ngjake komplet. (Babai ka qene mesues per 5 vjet ne Kukes ne kohen e komunizmit). Ah sikur te me kishte rrahur pak me shume e te mesoja dicka se edhe llogarite e lekeve me zor i bej, me tha. Ne kete konteks une nuk po justifikoj dhunen por edhe kjo liria pa limit nuk eshte e shendetshme. Asnje femije nuk ka patur probleme nga ndonje goditje po te gjithe femijet sot po kane probleme nga liria e tepert dhe mos respekti i prinderve e per te mos folur per te tjeter. Prandaj perpara se te flasim duhet ta analizojme mire situaten.
Z.Kikia ka të drejtë. Përgjegjësia prindërore është bazë për suksesin në sistemin arsimor. Sistemi arsimor dhe edukativ ka dështuar në të gjitha nivelet. Përgjegjësia kryesore bie mbi gjithë ngrehinën shtetërore dhe qeverisëse.
