And he had it not in vain, he had it as a normal logic to show the Socialist Party and the leftists in the country that your opponent is you. And that's really how it was politically. But in everyday life, the opposition of the democrats from the socialists has been more than Shkodran.
A few years ago there was a well-known bar near the Shkodra municipality headquarters, managed by a democrat and a socialist, where many political and media exponents in the city drank coffee. But it was more like an area where socialists came from the vicinity of the headquarters. Beni and Arjani, the two owners of the bar that became known to journalists and SHIK agents in the city, were diligent to bring peace and harmony to the city. Which actually happened all the time.
That atmosphere is actually Shkodra, where even though the political struggle was at the highest level, everything was different below. After trying to use the city as a political hostage. But there comes a time when people, fate, characters are no longer powerful enough to influence a non-stop hostage-taking.
Today Shkodra is a city where the majority, or SP won on May 14 and is starting a strong program of change, which seems that Vlora is no longer the epicenter of SP but Shkodra.

Well in Shkodër, but why in Vlora and Fier the opposition doesn't come up with a credible alternative to demolish the myth of the bastion.
