What are the police afraid of?

What are the police afraid of?

What are the policemen afraid of, put their hand in their belt, and shoot them first, to prevent criminal events, saving their lives and the lives of citizens?

Another policeman was killed, by a criminal. From the hand of a person who should have spent time in prison, for carrying a weapon without a permit, and other reasons. The event cannot be defined as isolated, as it can happen again in Fier, Vlora, Durrës, Shkoder, Elbasan, or Tirana. It seems as if the criminals have taken heart and given a new impetus to their criminal activity. They carry guns in their belts, in cars, in closed social and social environments. How can this happen? What are the policemen afraid of, put their hand in their belt, and shoot them first, to prevent criminal events, saving their lives and the lives of citizens?

They are afraid of not being protected, they are afraid of being fired, they are afraid of ignorance and the lack of professionalism, they are afraid of the criminal because he may be a friend of the deputy, the chief, or the director of the police.

So, for 1001 reasons, the policemen get scared, do not act, close their ears and eyes even when they see the criminal walking around with a gun in his belt and in a car. A country that aspires to become part of the European Union cannot have this police. They are not only afraid of some fakir, peasant, ordinary citizen, whom they ban, fine, and penalize. Why should this happen, why should we have these policemen, who are afraid of a criminal, but not of a simple citizen who, even when he makes a mistake, asks for forgiveness 100 times.

Albania has over 260 policemen who have fallen in the line of duty, in the face of criminals, traffickers, drug addicts. And this is undoubtedly the fault of the bosses, managers, and the articles of the Criminal Code themselves, which crucify the police in case he "touches" or shoots first at a criminal. And then we have this scandalous situation, where the policeman is killed for a word of mouth, by an unarrested criminal, who is allowed to roam the streets, even by car.

In the countries of the European Union, you have no chance to get out of the vehicle, gun in hand, approach a policeman, and then blackmail or kill him. Two people killed a German policeman in 2001 in Hanover, only because they were opposed, blackmailed, in an attempt to be shot. As a result, the policemen were questioned, the circumstances were clarified, and they continued their duties calmly. You cannot go to the EU, with a scared police, with a police who graduate from school, the Academy or something else, and do not know how to apply the basic rules of contact with the citizen, or the criminal element.

How many heroes and martyrs we have in the ranks of the police, there is no other Balkan or European country. The situation must be reversed urgently. The state can no longer remain indifferent, and deal with press statements, or ultimatums for "surrender of the criminal". More insidious and not at all human, remains the statement of the deputy of Reestablishment in Fier, who had the criminal who killed the policeman, in his electoral headquarters. The implementation of the law remains the only solution to such a situation, to stop the "spill" that has taken crime, criminals, and hooliganism in our cities.
