The new Penal Code, a trap for people of justice connected to crime, communist spies and Soros' people...
The new Penal Code was drafted by banal individuals, by disgusting people from the former communist regime and former officials dismissed for connections with ordinary traffickers.
This code was drafted by a former Prosecutor General who was dismissed and accused of contracts with former drug traffickers for the reconstruction of the prosecutor's office building, a former investigator of the communist regime, and by another former investigator of communism in Kruja, a former minister who was also dismissed for family ties with drug traffickers.
In addition to these, a bunch of Soros's underlings were also engaged in drafting this code, drafting a 700-page report for the Xhafaj Commission and receiving 1 million euros, or 1,400 euros per page of paper.
Here's what I've written about these expert groups since the day this regular commission began work:
" These are the "independent" "experts" of the Xhafaj commission who will prepare or draft the anti-corruption platform and further refinement to finally destroy the "reform" in justice that has been thought up to this day, since 2016, by the filth of Soros, who had as their clear goal the total capture of every link of justice from the bottoms of the bastard communist regime and from the puppies with chains around Soros' necks. Of the 91 names that will be paid 500 thousand euros from Albanian taxes to give "mind", 24 of them are greyhounds that bark at the order and payment of the godfather Soros.
