A conversation between Njjela and the lawyer.
Njjela: Lawyer, what do you think is being hidden today about the ambiguity we see in the political-economic direction of this government?
Lawyer: What is obvious to anyone: it is the incompetence as the leadership apathy of the Rama government, which is understood in the social, economic and political management of Albania.
Njjela: But where does this disability stand out? Because we have understood that our freezing as a society is the incompetence of the government, but concretely with a justification we need to know: how and where is this incompetence of the Rama government standing out?
We wanted something more to justify this inability.
Lawyer: A prime minister who has come to power and knows neither the law nor the market, in a capitalist state, weakens development, because this individual lacking in statism lacks new thinking for a reform in the market and the law. Albania today urgently needs two aspects of a deep progressive reform, in the legal aspect and in the economic aspect.
Njjela: Lawyer, how can it be explained that this situation is not degenerating into a deep social-economic crisis?
Lawyer: The situation is not degenerating into a deep crisis, because the market is supported by Albanian emigration remittances to the West. Today, Albanian emigrants send more than 3 billion euros in bank remittances, but, almost as much, they also contribute to the remittances of Albanian emigrants to their families in Albania.
These billions are the real filling of the lack of industrial production.
But...
Today, Albania is kept at this level, which cannot be called poverty, by the inflows of euros and dollars that come from emigration.
Foreign experts were surprised by the fact of these regular monthly shipments of Albanian emigration to their families in Albania, but this is showing everyone that the extended family character is a moral value that almost no longer exists in the West, in relation with money.
Let's see how we will continue: will we have industrial investment in the production of consumer goods, directly, in the Albanian market?
