The next court hearing against Fredi Beleri will be held today.

We remind you that in the first session of the trial, on October 12, Fredi Beleri asked for the exclusion from the jury of judge Etleva Deda.
On October 17, this judge was replaced by Flora Hajredinaj, causing the hearing to be postponed to this Tuesday.
Today, the request for judgment by SPAK is expected to be read, which accuses Beleri of buying votes in the May 14 local elections.
Fredi Beleri was arrested two days before the May 14 local elections, becoming the only candidate in Albania to be elected to public office while in prison.
The prosecution accuses Beler of "active corruption in the elections", claiming that it has proven beyond any doubt that he had offered a police associate 50 euros for every vote he could find in his favor as mayor of Himara.
His accomplice, Pandeli Kokaveshi, is accused of the same criminal act.
