Justice reform is a historical need for Albania's democratic future. Justice is the main ingredient of the morality of a democratic state, because it keeps intact the dignity of the individual, the personal freedom of the Albanian and his equality before the law.
These are the necessary principles of a just state. Never forget: A society that has grown up and lived in injustice, does not believe that there can be a just state.
But even a society with corrupt politics, where state corruption is a phenomenon, cannot develop. Did you see the communist regime that built 500 factories in Albania in 30 years? It was an unjust state, but government corruption was an absolute impossibility.
Well, the question is this: how will we eradicate corruption in current Albania?
The answer is only one: the governmental and political corruption of a state is destroyed until its elimination, only by an uncorrupted judicial power.
This was also presented as an American policy scheme when he decided to forcefully implement the Justice Reform in Albania in 2016.
Well, it has been nine years since the Justice Reform began.
What are the positive consequences?
Yes, six corrupt mayors were fired, but they were arrested at the same time: a former prime minister, a deputy prime minister and three ministers, and dozens of administrators of various municipalities and ministries. About 60 percent of corrupt prosecutors and judges have been fired.
But the Reform is not proceeding at a high pace. And, for the reasons we stated above, state corruption can be revived again.
The data is that, the Reform is not moving, because the anti-corruption law is not at a high level, and, frightened by the anti-corruption of both wings, they have a silent agreement to stop it.
They want procrastination.
But the main defect seems to be standing out in the Special Prosecutor's Office.
According to the data of the professional analysis formulated in Washington, it turns out that in SPAK there are still some corrupt and scared Prosecutors who block the anti-corruption investigation in Albania. But there is also a great pressure exerted by the high state corruption, Sali Berisha and co., which is putting pressure on a mafia level against SPAK judges and prosecutors.
Therefore, I see it as reasonable that the American policy should intervene again with force, just as it successfully intervened in the years 2016 - 2019.
Albanians are waiting and are all hoping for the strength of American politics.
Anti-corruption, launched as a legal reform, is the only scheme that will be able to save Albanian society from a "social disease", which, directed also by the forces of international anti-Albanian politics, has so far brought a lot of damage to the state and society Albanian.
And history, for this historical period we are going through, will write: in the historical period 1992 - 2025, the power of money conquered the patriotic character of the governments of Albania, it defeated the fair administration of the central government and the local government, and submerged them Albanians in an artificial poverty, which, a million eyes, forced them to emigrate to the West.
