His new battle against SPAK has to do exactly with the dilemmas within the DP, whether to fight against SPAK or not.
There are many comments of a political nature about the new PD protests against SPAK in the courtyard of the building, ordered by Berisha. There are even strong hesitations within the DP if this should be done.
Berisha's new battle has nothing to do with his belief that he is scaring SPAK. He is even now convinced of the opposite, that SPAK is making progress in the investigation of his daughter's and son's assets. And the end is clear.
His new battle against SPAK has to do exactly with the dilemmas within the DP, whether to fight against SPAK or not. And this dualism within PD worries Berisha as it distracts him from his personal battle.
This is the reason that he will put PD to the test if it is with him or with SPAK. Some of his public figures say this twice a week in front of Erion Veliaj's offices, making it clear that you should either be with Berisha or SPAK.
Now it's time for rehearsals. Before drawing up the lists, he will know who is ready to throw stones at SPAK and who is not.
This is the reason that calls for a battle against SPAK. It will not scare SPAK, but it will scare those who are reluctant to do battle with SPAK.
So he takes them there in front of the building with stones and Molotov cocktails in hand, to prove that between him and SPAK they are with him, and not with SPAK.
This three-month general trial in front of the Tirana Municipality was the first stage, where they sought to find reasons why they should be against SPAK, since they are not arresting the entire Municipality.
Now this farce is over and everyone has to choose between SPAK and Berisha, going to throw stones in front of the SPAK offices.
This, among other things, proves Berisha's mentality for justice, which must depend on someone. And seeing that he cannot control SPAK, he thinks that his opponents must control him.
He cannot accept that he is independent, and even more so he cannot accept that his people within the DP have the conviction that SPAK is independent.
They must give public evidence that they think like him, fight for him and will die politically with him. That's what they need.
