The clarification of the Appeal decision regarding the stamp and logo of the Democratic Party, once again highlighted how easily intimidated the justice system is in the country, despite the Justice Reform and international assistance in certain segments of it, such as SPAK and GJKKO.
The rest are easily blackmailed and easily under political pressure.
The Court of Appeal, through the clarification of its decision, showed that it has done nothing more than Zhukri, who recognized Sali Berisha as the chairman of the DP.
If Zhukri was part of Berisha's entourage and family court, since he had everything as a result of services, the new judicial body, two of whom were lynched, accused and pressured from the 8th floor balcony as related with the power, at least, they fell short and did not consider the complaint of the Democratic Party of Basha at all, citing the irregularity of the authorization as an excuse.
At the very least, they did it to "save" Berisha, while, if we believe Berisha's accusations against them, they obeyed the government to keep Berisha in the game, as a more than comfortable opponent for this government.
Above all, the Appellate Body did not take into consideration the recommendation of the Supreme Court that asked the Appellate Body to deal with the DP case on the merits.
Therefore, after this disclosure, recourse to the Supreme Court is the only way.
