The fundamental value of a party is the freedom of its members. Conceived not only as will, but also as thought and action around those inalienable ideals.
PD as a force that was born from the desire for freedom has part of its DNA and at the same time a sanctioned way of internal political communication.
The schism that occurred within it, due to the wrong decision of the leadership in relation to the historical figure of Sali Berisha, divided the members of the DP leadership into two groups according to their freedom of thought.
The majority of the members of the DP National Assembly, on their own initiative, as an expression of their free will enshrined in the DP statute, held one of the most historic assemblies and re-founded the Democratic Party, subsequently electing Berisha as the legitimate Chairman.
The other group, Basha, tried to use pre-political methods to steal the symbols of the DP.
The judicial ordeal that followed the developments, stimulated and held hostage by the majority, de-factored the opposition and DP created an atypical and abusive political environment.

Until we reached the point of the court decision, which recognized the authority of the National Assembly of December 11 and its amendments.
After that, the story of what is to come begins. Democrats with their dimension of freedom are freed from interpretations. The country itself is in a situation which necessarily requires the DP to return fully to its natural bed as a political force that works for the country and the well-being of the citizens.
And in order to accomplish this mission, it must become great again. And it becomes great with that Freedom of its members regardless of how they think of the judicial solution. Freedom unites us in our goal to overthrow evil, Rama and his narco-state.
PD is the home of every contributor, every historical member and every citizen who is looking for change today.
The walls built to separate those who once fought fierce battles side by side have fallen.
It is the moment for every PDist to leave behind the anger and the language of hatred "among other people" to start a new wind of total union.
The return to the common house is not like the return of the prodigal with his head down, but it is a proud return with new energy and spirit of solidarity to the front line, to defeat the multiple "enemy".
As free people, the democrats will know how to do this.
The Democratic Party will be big and victorious again!
