Is it the doctors' fault that the number of cancer patients is increasing and funding is decreasing?
Is it the doctors' fault that health financing is the lowest in the region at only 2.9% of GDP?
Is it the doctors' fault that we only have one oncology hospital?
Is it the doctors' fault that there are only 55 oncologists in Albania (24 of them in Tirana)?
Is it the doctors' fault that there are only 15 chemotherapy chairs?
Is it the fault of the doctors that there is no pet scan at the Oncologist?
Is it the doctors' fault that Albanians pay 60% of health expenses directly out of pocket?

Neither the doctors nor the heads of services have made concessions in health.
It's easy to find scapegoats and use doctors as a shooting board, but as they say, it's the system, not the person. And the doctors are not to blame for the health system! It is above work!
But one thing can be done without expense. Give up on "free health", because it is getting very, very, expensive.
