Sali Berisha instigated a lynching of pro-Shaban DP MPs as traitors and petty thugs, in order to cover his bargains, taking credit for the disappointment of other contenders.
The political noise and squabble over the issue of the People's Advocate is a bargain gone wrong (lost) by Sali Berisha for circumstances and developments to some extent independent of him, but which is another indicator that confirms that his family-run enterprise (the Democratic Party) has not only deserved its 13-year stay in opposition and the series of electoral defeats, but will remain far from power for a very long time.
First, 28 opposition MPs have expressed their will through their signatures for Endri Shabani to become Ombudsman with the approval of Sali Berisha, a permission announced through Flamur Noka. The DP MPs cannot even move the curtain without Berisha's permission, let alone support a Shabani, later declared an enemy infiltrated by Rama in the SHQUP and a Sorosist.
Secondly, the reason why Berisha supported Shabani for Ombudsman consists of the bargain according to which Shabani would support the Berisha Family's 'independent' candidate, Florjan Binaj, in the race for the Municipality of Tirana.
Third, after the Constitutional Court annulled the elections for Tirana, invalidating the Berisha-Shabani bargain for Binaj's support, Berisha began labeling Shabani as Edi Rama's stooge, complaining that Rama was not adhering to the 'principle' that the Ombudsman belonged to the opposition, as if this institution was a spoil that should be divided among the scoundrels.
Fourth, to cover up the deal that went wrong with Shabani, Sali Berisha, through the devil-fool Flamur Noka, accused Ervin Salianji of having lobbied and convinced several DP deputies to support Shabani, thus seriously insulting the deputies, whom he is presenting as children who were lied to by a malicious person at the corner of the palace with chocolates.
Fifth, Sali Berisha began to call supporting Shabani (with his permission) a serious mistake in order to throw ashes in the eyes of the other DP candidates for People's Advocate, in the hope that they would not understand his next game behind their backs.

Seventh, in a sign of 'revolt', he abandoned the session, enabling the approval without opponents and resistance of the fiscal amnesty, which benefits several of Shkelzen's friends.
