In recent weeks, Berisha's DP leaders have increasingly begun to articulate the thesis that neither the US nor justice will bring them power. Berisha was the first to say it, after he had the entire DP in ecstasy that Rama would be arrested by helicopter like Maduro. I don't know what happened to him, but his reaction was so against the thesis that he himself spread, that he said that Edi Rama himself had opened that thesis. So, it was very clear that Rama would not deal with the helicopter and that he no longer hoped for it either.

The numerous arrests within the Socialists and the pending criminal cases that had exalted all the Bersist Democrats do not excite him. And the reason is that he himself is one of them.
It is interesting that Berisha ended the rhetoric of being brought to power by the US itself. It was a bit futuristic to think that the US would arrest Rama and remove Berisha's "non grata" status, then bring him to power. It is not known why Berisha distanced himself from this thesis. Either LaCivita made it clear to him that he could not remove his "non grata" status, or he saw with despair that he could not stop the new administration's ties with Rama.
However, whatever the reason, this attitude makes it more serious than Gim Nesho's antics.
As for the thesis that justice cannot overthrow Rama, it is debatable. In fact, justice has surrounded Edi Rama and has a political inspiration. The problem that Berisha has with justice is that it is engaged against him and whatever happens to Rama, he will not get the day for power from justice. So he pretends that he does not want him either.
The only thing he wants is an overthrow, something to stop all these nightmares of his from failed expectations from the US or justice, something that, ultimately, saves him from justice and from the nightmare of power.
I know that day is not coming, but it's the only way he can postpone it a little longer, by threatening and throwing a few Molotov cocktails on the boulevard, in the hope that both Trump and justice will take pity.
