In 2012, the Five Star party achieved the best result in the elections, receiving 32 percent of the vote, ranking as the first party.
He thus created a government, appointing a prime minister who had not been voted for by the people, Giuseppe Conte, whom Grillo took out of his pocket, allied with one of the populist parties of the right, Lega Nord of Salvini, with whom he broke up, then he connected with the leftists, and finally, during the pandemic, he created a government with the "vampire" Mario Dragi.

Sali Berisha has shown from the beginning that he is not such a politician. He did not even appear at the Special Prosecutor's Office, even though this institution decided from the beginning to investigate the former President and the former Prime Minister in a free state.
This is Berisha's attitude, which naturally resulted in a heavier security measure, which according to the scale was house arrest. If Berisha would go to SPAK, according to the first decision of GJKKO, he would not only not be locked up at home, but would be present every Thursday in the Assembly as well.
