The opposition has confirmed in the media close to it that they have concluded an agreement with the Socialist Party regarding the establishment of two investigative commissions and are discussing the modalities of Berisha's group's participation in the Electoral Reform Commission as a third party, in exchange for normality in the Assembly. .
It is not yet clear where they met, but it is already a tradition that when Berisha secretly meets with socialists, it is called politics, while for others it is treason.
Beyond this immorality, it is good that the parties always make agreements and always make them in the eyes of everyone, not individually with Gazment Bardhi, and then with others.
And these agreements should not cross two red lines.
First, no bargain agreements should be made for the normalization of parliamentary life.
In principle, the agreement should be made for the establishment of Parliamentary Commissions, as a constitutional right of the opposition, without infringing those processes that are under investigation and that are used to make noise about the processes or to increase political pressure on the investigations.
Socialists should not ask for anything in exchange for the agreement on commissions, as it is not a matter of bargaining, but a matter of principle.
If it belongs to them, they should give it to them and that's it. And they can give this to them publicly, without secret talks, but with the political decision of the Socialist Party.
Socialists have no reason to seek compromise for the violence in the Assembly and for the normalization of sessions. If they ask for it, it is surrender before violence.
Parliamentary violence is administered by legal means and the methodology of parliamentary life and not by bargaining for blackmail. If this is done, then the Albanian Parliament will be under the blackmail of a gang of thugs, who whenever their whims are not satisfied, cause violence in the Assembly.
If the current legislation cannot manage the violence in the Assembly, the socialists have the majority and change the laws to manage the banditry and not bargain for blackmail. This will be the end of parliamentarism.
Negotiations for investigative commissions or participation in the parliamentary commission can be done openly, in the middle of the day, as political offers. They are neither a crime nor a rare event. Politics is condemned to make agreements, but not bargains with parliamentarism.
And this is the first red line that should not be crossed.
If investigative commissions belong to the opposition, you should give them, but you should not beg a group of thugs not to use violence in Parliament. It is managed according to the laws of the state and if there is a legal gap it can be filled.
Albania cannot be held hostage by Flamur Noka and others like him, except that both sides agree that he is a fool. Yes, he is stupid, we have a school for stupid people, there is no reason to leave him there.
The second red line should be the cooperation with Sali Berisha.
The party with which the socialists are talking about negotiations is Sali Berisha's party. Gazment Bardhi, Agron Gjekmarkaj and others are his appointees. They are not even chosen. They are even formally excluded from it, if we refer to the letters, which are not recognized by any court, except the socialists..
Therefore, the socialists must be clear that they are negotiating with Sali Berisha, with whom they have said they will never negotiate.
For this reason, there should be no negotiations, but the socialists are free to take political initiative and meet the demands of the opposition, which are complete.
Sali Berisha's group has no political aims, no parliamentary objectives and even less has no aim to modernize our political life. Sali Berisha's group only has Sali Berisha's problem and Sali Berisha's current problem is isolation on top of the window and being ignored.

I understand that they do it so that they have a main partner in politics, that with that person they win easily and deeply, but the mission of the socialists is not only to continuously gain power, but also to continuously change Albania, to make it more Western, more modern and more civil.
Negotiations with a cave typical of the history of our politics, are regression for petty interests. And this red line must not be crossed.
The opposition should be given what they deserve, in the middle of the day, in the middle of parliament, as a right. Nothing more.
The normalization of life in Parliament is in the interest of the opposition, not the government. The government does its job very well and with that show of idiots in Parliament. If the opposition wants to continue like that, let it continue.
The only thing the state should do is cut off the hands of those who shoot guards and terrorize colleagues. For others, they are free to do whatever they want.
There is no law left unapproved why Flamur Noka is brought around the hall with a whistle and hand grenades. His image is good for the deeper division with the politics of the cavemen in Albania.
You don't have to take Sali Berisha out of the cave, because you don't make Albania better. You just give him chances to turn Albania into a cave.
